Trash Removal

  • All trash cans will be emptied and all trash removed from premises.

Floor Services

  • CARPET: All offices and traffic ways will be cleaned each service visit with a commercial vacuum cleaner.
  • FLOOR TREATMENTS: Uncarpeted floors will be thoroughly swept with a treated dust mop and wet mopped on each service visit. Stripping, waxing, and buffing will be performed on an agreed upon interval. Specialized treatment of stone (including limestone, granite, marble, and other natural stone flooring and tile), ceramic tile, and wood floors can be provided.

All dusting will be based on client’s needs and would be a line item in the contract.

Restroom Services

We understand that your restrooms are an area of special concern for your employees and visitors. We will make every effort to keep them clean, sanitized, and fresh on a consistent basis. This includes:

  • All dispensers will be cleaned, polished, and restocked each service visit
  • Splash marks will be removed from walls and mirrors, partition walls will be spot cleaned each service visit, and thoroughly wiped down and sanitized each week
  • Toilets and urinals will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized each service visit
  • This includes both sides of the toilet seat. Restroom floors will be swept and mopped with disinfectant on each service visit

Every service visit, we will:

    Polish all bright metal
  • Splash marks will be removed from walls
  • Dispensers will be restocked
  • Wipe tables and counter tops
  • Remove trash, replace liners
  • Sweep and wet mop the floors
  • Microwaves will be damp wiped and cleaned inside and out as needed
  • Trash containers will be cleaned and sanitized on an “as needed” basis
