Standard Services 

In our initial visit, which is free of charge, we will work with you to identify all of your special need for maintaining your building and providing a clean, attractive and healthy work place for your people.  List of services that are in our standard service package include:

Trash Removal

Floor Services 

• CARPET: All offices and traffic ways will be cleaned each service visit with a commercial vacuum cleaner. Carpet shampooing, steam shampooing, extraction, and bonnet shampooing services are all available.
• FLOOR TREATMENTS: Uncarpeted floors will be thoroughly swept with a treated dust mop and wet mopped on each service visit. Stripping, waxing, and buffing will be performed on an agreed upon interval. Specialized treatment of stone (including limestone, granite, marble, and other natural stone flooring and tile), ceramic tile, and wood floors can be provided.

Dusting

• Every service visit, we will dust the following items/areas with a treated cloth or duster
  

• Desktops, file cabinets, copy machines, bookshelves, tables and other furniture, cobwebs removed as necessary
• Twice a month, we will dust

• Chair rails and legs, desk and table legs, baseboards and ledges, vertical dusting of the sides of furniture, vents, picture frames, door trim, Windowsills will be dusted weekly  

Restroom Services 

We understand that your restrooms are an area of special concern for your employees and visitors. We will make every effort to keep them clean, sanitized, and fresh on a consistent basis. This includes:

• All dispensers will be cleaned, polished, and restocked each service visit
• Splash marks will be removed from walls and mirrors, partition walls will be spot cleaned each service visit, and thoroughly wiped down and sanitized each week
• Toilets and urinals will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized each service visit
• This includes both sides of the toilet seat. Restroom floors will be swept and mopped with disinfectant on each service visit

Break rooms, Coffee Bars, & Kitchens

Every service visit, we will:

• Polish all bright metal
• Splash marks will be removed from walls
• Dispernsers will be restocked
• Wipe tables and counter tops
• Remove trash, replace liners
• Sweep and wet mop the floors
• Microwaves will be damp wiped and cleaned inside and out as needed
• Trash containers will be cleaned and sanitized on an "as needed" basis 

Additional Services We Can Perform

Some services that we can also perform that are typically not thought of as janitorial services are:

• Care of  plants in public spaces
• Changing air filters at regular intervals
• Carpet cleaning on a scheduled basis
• Periodic window washing
• Holiday decorating and un-decorating
• Support for special company events
• Replacing burned out lights
• Make-ready services for income & commercail properties and construction sites
